Booking

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due a week before your session. Retainers are made through our online invoicing system.

Travel

Greater Charlotte Area (Charlotte/Concord/Gastonia): No travel fees
In-State Travel: $150
Out of State Travel: $350

Cancellation | Reschedule Policy

 In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the contracted services for the photography session outlined in their contract, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

If you are unable to make the photo session, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit toward a future session.
